We’re looking for a Registered Manager to lead the team to excellence. There is a lot of support for the incoming post-holder they won't be going it alone, but they do need somebody who is compliance focused, can work through an action plan and really encourage people and boost morale.
We’re looking for a background in supporting people with Mental Health needs in a recovery focused service. Ideally you’ll have experience in working with people with substance / alcohol misuse issues.
You’ll be qualified to QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care or be working towards, or a professional qualification in Social work, nursing or similar.
